3. User Content

Users retain all rights to their uploaded content. By uploading content, you grant QuizIt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process the content for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Service Modifications

QuizIt reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
